Our goal is to make HB Housing a nationally recognised brand that represents quality, reliability and flexiblity. The way to achieve this is through moderate, but sustainable growth and a customer friendly and customer-oriented approach.

Our team
HB Housing has been active for years in the Dutch housing market giving us the extensive market expertise and experience needed to handle all assignments quickly and efficiently.  Our team of professionals is young, dynamic and ambitious and we strive to be the best within our field of expertise. Our commercial attitude makes us tough negotiators and we never lose sight of the wishes and interests of our clients.

We understand that tenants and landlords have very specific constraints and preferences. We anticipate and solve most problems before they arise thanks to our personal approach. We strongly believe in customer commitment and retention and we work hard to meet the expectations of our clients. There is no such thing as an impossible assignment and for companies, we do not considers ourselves as just a rental agent, but as the external housing department.
