Due to the specific demands, housing all the artists for the dinner show was a challenge for HBhousing and Palazzo. Our knowledge of the Dutch real estate market and corporate housing experience enabled us to accomplish our client’s objectives. Within a few weeks HBhousing provides The Palazzo Diner show with access to the accommodation. The result: a strong partnership.
Housing services for relocators
The edition of the Palazzo dinner show took place in Rotterdam and lasted 3.5 months. Artists from around the world had to be housed during this performance. The requirements: within the budget, multiple apartments, as soon as possible, close to the circus tent and favorable lease terms. For us and the Palazzo Dinner show this was logistical challenge. The question was: how do we find suitable rental properties that meet our client’s requirements?
During the meeting, the challenge soon became clear: to find multiple apartments for artists, support staff and the band at short distance from the Ahoy in Rotterdam. In addition, the apartments had to be rented on a flexible lease and within budget. Together with Palazzo HBhousing accomplished this challenge.
