She was proactive through the entire process and answered all questions timely and kept us up to date. The home viewing was set up smoothly and the rest of the process went by the same way. We were extremely happy with the service we received by HBhousing. Special thanks to Danique, she is very friendly, efficient, responsive, trustful, and caring. We would recommend HBhousing to our friends.It was very difficult for us to find an apartment for our son (student) in Amsterdam, as we are living in Switzerland and it was impossible to come to Amsterdam whenever a suitable apartment was on offer.We came across an online offer for a studio from HBhousing, which was an almost perfect fit for our needs. As we were not able to come to a viewing, we called HBhousing (Danique) for more details of the apartment and the surroundings/neighborhood and if they thought it was suitable for a student. We trusted Danique and signed the contract without even having seen the studio or the area.When we finally saw the apartment a couple of weeks later as we moved in everything was spot on to the description Danique had provided. This was a great experience!Danique also completely handled the negotiations with the owner as the owner was looking for a professional/worker but she could convince the owner to accept our son as tenant.Overall an excellent service from Danique! All documents prepared competently, very quick communication, very smooth check-in.Again, thanks a lot to Danique and the whole HBhousing team

This year, we moved in one of their properties. Unfortunately our cityheating system was broken and didn't stop heating.As we do not speak dutch and didn't really know what to do with the issue, we ask HBhousing to help us. Even if it wasn't their responsibility, they didn't hesitate to arrange the fixing for us and got themselves in the discussion and got someone from the heating company to help us. (We've been trying for 5 days, but didn't get any help offered by the company).There were also some smaller issues, like a stuffed sink, where HBhousing quickly arranged a plumper to fix the issue.Thanks so much for your continuous and pro active help.

So far I’m very happy ! I’ve been renting an apartment for the last 10 months (still a few months left) and the agency was very helpful and accommodating at the time to sign the contract ! Instructions are clear ! There’s a portal for any problem in the apartment !I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment on a Sunday night, followed by a public holiday. I emailed one of the agent (Tom) and got a reply very fast ! Although they couldn’t help me open the door, as the office was closed on that day, they did communicate on the same day and very clearly the services of a locksmith, which was very efficient and affordable ! 👍

Na een eerste kennismaking met Joep om ons appartement te beoordelen volgde al snel een tweede gesprek op het kantoor bij HB housing. Hier werd duidelijk uitgelegd wat wij konden verwachten en wat er van ons verwacht werd. Samengevat, wij hebben onze sleutels ingeleverd en zijn naar Spanje vertrokken. HB housing heeft voor ons de puntentelling en energielabel laten verzorgen, in de verhuur gezet en binnen 3 dagen hadden zij voor ons een huurder gevonden. Contracten via mail getekend en via het portaal staan wij in contact met huurder en HB. Kortom wij zijn erg blij met de gang van zaken, professioneel, behulpzaam en gewoon een leuke groep met mensen die voor je klaar staan. Bedankt Evert en Anna

Woning gehuurd via HB Housing, waarbij heel goed zijn geholpen door Danique. Bij de bezichtiging kon ze duidelijk antwoord geven op de vragen en ook de communicatie daarna via de mail ging erg snel en soepel. I highly recommend Danique and her team at HBhousing! Our family is coming to Amsterdam (without ever having visited the city), and with a tough set of parameters to satisfy. Danique answered our questions in a timely and friendly manner, and helped us navigate the unfamiliar details of renting (utilities, taxes, etc.).I cannot imagine how we would have secured housing, especially on such short notice. Since we were unable to visit the property in person, they took extra photographs and sent a video walk-through, which was helpful and reassuring. We felt secure with their team and their attention to details from the contracts to connecting us with people who will setup the apartment when we arrive.The entire process of searching and applying for housing from abroad was overwhelming until we connected with Danique, and we are so grateful to her and the HBhousing team for all their excellent work.

I have recently rented a home through HB Housing in Hoofddorp and was very pleased with my experience. Danique, our agent, was very professional and informative through the whole process. She helped us search for homes in our requested area, as well as informed us on local schools for our 2 small children, which is very reassuring when you are not from the area. Once we found a house the process was very quick and all contracts were signed within a week. The housing market is very competitive in this time and having someone walk you through it step by step was a great relief. We definitely recommend.

Ik en mijn vriend zochten op korte termijn een woning in Hoofddorp. We kwamen de woning tegen op Funda. Ik kreeg gelijk de volgende dag een telefoontje dat er nog een woning beschikbaar is. De bezichting vond plaats binnen 2 dagen , wat super fijn was ! We konden gelijk 3 dagen later in de woning. De verkoop makelaar reageert snel en help waar kan.Eenmaal in de woning deed de tv het niet, gelukkig gingen ze hier gelijk mee aan de slag en deed onze tv het na 1.5 dag. Het portaal waar je meldingen kan melden als er iets stuk is aan de woning, is echt handig. Het portaal spreekt voor zich en super fijn dat het digitaal is.De verkoop makelaar heeft er zeker weten alles aan gedaan om aan ons wensen te voldoen. Ik kan niet meer zeggen dat wij op en top tevreden zijn met de service van HB housing. Als er iets is kan ik ze altijd bereiken. We zijn super blij met de woning en wij raden HB housing echt aan iedereen aan, ze kijken wat ze voor je kunnen doen en kijken samen naar de beste oplossing. Super fijn !!! Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel !

Wij waren met spoed op zoek naar een appartement, omdat de problemen met lekkage in het huis waar wij woonden uit de hand begonnen te lopen. Wij hebben HBhousing benaderd en al vlot konden wij een appartement bezichtigen, welke wij na het tonen van onze interesse dezelfde avond nog konden betrekken.Bij aanvang van de huur was nog niet alles op orde in het appartement door toe doen van de vorige huurder. Wel is door middel van het huurdersportaal alles vlot en naar wens opgelost, waardoor we nu kunnen genieten van een lekkagevrij en prettig appartement.

Ik was op zoek naar een verhuurmakelaar die mijn woning kon verhuren en tevens beheren. Online gaan zoeken en kwam snel terecht bij HBhousing, na het vergelijken met wat andere partijen denk ik dat HBhousing met hun dienstverlening en prijzen het beste bij mij past. Mijn woning was snel verhuurd aan een nette expat, leuke huurder. Vooralsnog zeker aan te raden dit bedrijf!

Omdat het de eerste keer was dat ik mijn woning op Scheveningen ging verhuren, wist ik niet wat er allemaal op mij af zou komen. Lucien van HB housing heeft mij hierbij prima geholpen en ondersteund. Er is heel goed rekening gehouden met mijn wensen en vragen. Er was goed en snel contact mogelijk. En dat heeft mij een zeker en veilig gevoel gegeven om mijn woning te verhuren.
